MS and The Buddha

MS and the Buddha

Go slow

Please go slow

Constant reminder

Of change

Of impermanence

Chronic dissatisfaction could engulf compassion

Manage loss

Grieve like a Bhuddda

Laugh like a Bhudda

And sit

And stand, if you can

My hands do not really touch

My legs do not really walk

But my eyes see

My ears hear and

Sometimes even listen

My voice speaks

My tongue tastes

I am alive

And Dying

As are we all
